Diamond Jubilee of Profession



Fr. Albert Garcia, ss.cc. celebrates 60 years as a professed member of the Congregation of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary.

In his 60 years of religious life, he is noted for his musical composition of a Mass in Hawaiian and as an artisan.

Fr. Patrick Killilea, ss.cc. celebrates 60 years as a professed member of the Congregation of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary.

"I am not usually given to flowery words or expressions. So I simply thank the Lord for calling me to religious life and I thank all those who have enabled me to live my life happily as a Brother of the Sacred Hearts. Aloha."

"'Go raibh míle maith agaibh!' which means in Gaelic, "A thousand thanks to you all." It has been a most fulfilling experience, 60 years and counting."

Fr. Patrick Crowley, ss.cc. celebrates 60 years as an ordained priest in the Congregation of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary.

Golden Jubilee of Profession



Fr. Clyde Guerreiro, ss.cc.
celebrates 50 years as a professed member of the Congregation of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary.

"My 50 years of consecrated religious life has given the gift of freedom to live life free from the shackles of western cultural values. Further, religious life has allowed personal conversion to become deeply rooted. Year after year the centrality of Jesus becomes vital."
